Shamanic Soul Retrieval is when a fragment of your soul is returned. During times of trauma and pain in this lifetime or a lifetimes before, a fragment of your soul can leave as a way to escapes the pain and trauma. With the soul fragment leaving, the soul fragment then becomes stuck in a loop reliving the trauma and pain over and over again creating a soul contact.
When the soul contact is formed, negative thought patterns and behaviors are formed, creating a continuous cycle, where you may feel unable to move forward despite your best efforts.
